first of all they kept me informed about every step everyday day I got an email abut the progress they were making second of all Jessica my rep was fantastic she even stayed and waited for me a couple of minuet to get there and she talked to me every time I called to ask questions about my car great customer service Jessica that is the way to do business and keep people coming back

I received an appointment the same day that I called. They were able to keep my car on the day of the estimate. The young lady at the reception desk called the insurance company for the consent and authorization for my repairs (was very helpful). They kept me informed as to the length of time they would have my car. It was very convenient being able to pick up my rental car from the caliber shop. My car was completed earlier than estimated. I received text Messages and follow up phone call from Jessica. When I arrive to pick up my car I was seen immediately. Actually Jessica met me in the parking lot when she saw me arrive. It was very convenient to leave the rental there once I receive my car. She went over directions for care for the windshield. And warned me not to through car washes for 90 days. I would not have known that had Jessica Informed me. Over all I received excellent customer service and was treated very kindly and respectfully. I would recommend their services.
