We had such an amazing experience at caliber collision. Every person we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful and made this whole experience so much easier. We especially appreciated Richard. He was the main point of contact for us and was very communicative during the entire process and even acted as an advocate for us when the insurance company was not being forthcoming.
