I was welcomed to Caliber Collision by two friendly smiling greeters at the counter who checked me in. I was told Tommy would be helping me and would be there in a few minutes to look at my car before taking it to the shop. At the same time, one of the greeters called Enterprise rental car company who sent a driver who eventually took me to pick up my rental vehicle. Tommy’s communication throughout the repair was frequent and appreciated. My car was actually completed a week earlier than expected and looks great. The staff took care of returning my rental car and Tommy accompanied me as I inspected my car and he explained what was done to it. I was very impressed and would highly recommend others use Caliber Collision in Corinth.
