Rear tail light was left disconnected (had to reconnect myself). Bondo application spots were left on rear quarter panel and trunk (had to use acetone to remove).

Looks good but tape and plastic is left under my truck from the paint and my door creaks really loud when I open/close it. It was possibly taken off I'm assuming during the repair.

It was ok but picking up my car was different. Another lady and I were standing at the counters waiting for about 10 mins while all the guys were in the office area laughing and carrying on and we just looked at them like I guess when they are ready they will ask us what we need. It was rude.

I received a couple of messages after 5 pm stating call back. No other msg or status of my car. When I called back shortly after the msg was left, I would get the answering service telling me you are closed...even though I just missed a call. Please leave a msg other than call back or at least say call back in the morning after 8 am.
