The team was phenomenal! Scott is a is awesome he communicated in a detailed manner and very thoroughly and made sure that the process would run smoothly. Mark was outstanding willing to assist with ensuring me that the process step by step was going smoothly. I would like to especially thank the repair team!!! Hats off to the repair team they did a great job!!!! I saved the best for last!!! My favorite two people were the ladies at the front desk they were absolutely amazing they answered all of my 100 phone calls and questions with a smile and they were VERY!! Very!!!! patient with me and caring regarding the tragic situation that our family experienced. I found the entire team to be very professional, kind , concerned, friendly, and caring. When I picked up my vehicle, on the passenger side headrest there was an opaque circle of what appears to be sticker residue. I'm still trying to remove it. Very disappointed my interior was damaged!!
