From start to finish, my car repair at Caliber Collision was stress free. Joe texted me every few days about the status of my truck and it was even done a day early.

A great job was done making my bumper look very good. My only comment is that the inside of the windows and windshield must have been wiped with a cloth that had some type of substance on it. There is a hazy film that is very difficult to remove.

Caliber did a wonderful job from the start to the end of the repair. Very convenient car rental delivered to caliber & picked up when finished all the repairs look professionally done looks like new, I would definitely use caliber again in the future very pleased with the whole process.

Although some work needs to be done to finish the repairs because of a GM part delivery delay, I'm very pleased with the repair outcome. These folksare the very best! the is no evidence of a repair and a perfet paint match.

Scott made the process go as smooth as possible. Everything on time ( actually sooner) with tons of great communication throughout. Special shout out to the detail team!!!! They cleaned the inside of my vehicle when the repairs were only to the outside. They even found a long lost gold earring - again way to go detail team. Bottom line - great experience although I hope not to need them again ;)

Again as stated in my previous comments that if the work's not done or the work is done. And there is a structural integrity issue. Still, I could not in good conscience. Recommend that to anybody again. I will be while my husband will be speaking to you all this morning. At some point I apologize. I don't know what else to say

Well, I was very I'm concerned once I found out that my front driver's side. Rim was not replaced after having to after going to get the tires changed was informed by the tire shop that they could not put another tire on that rim. Because of the damage that was done on the inside of the rim. Like that is, I don't know. It looks like it rubbed on something. Anyways, so a new rim should have been taken care of it wasn't. I can't drive it until I get the rim replaced. Or I was told I shouldn't drive it until the rim gets replaced Um, the wheel well looks like that. It was trimmed, the plastic was trimmed. I don't know. I don't really know how to say this but buy a child. It does not look like that. Should even be on there. Thank you so much. I was under the assumption that it was all gonna be taken care of and I don't feel that it was, I'm going to try to reach out today to speak to you. Or rather, my husband is it, is it? I'm sorry that this isn't a very glowing review. All the interactions that I've had with the gentleman that called were outstanding and cosmetically on the outside. Just from looks alone. It looks like it was a great job. But there was just more, that was folks that had been taken care of thank you
