Work is good, but handoff can be better

I had asked for a check on the alignment since I brought the car in with a steering offset. I felt like I had to follow up on that myself more that I'd like - I had to ask about it multiple times and was not given the alignment sheet as part of the handover paperwork at first. For something I specifically asked about I would've liked more attention to detail.
