The Cornelius staff…. Front desk and especially Joe, were terrific & especially understanding that I really really needed my car to go to the mountains to be with my Florida family for the 4th! I have no more words for how outstanding they were & are! For sure my lifetime very very best customer service I’ve ever encountered yes, I was in retail & had a mall Gift Shop for 20 years. I understand customer service.!!! They are amazing! Please celebrate them!!
