Johnathan and the entire team were kind,compassionate, and communicative throughout the entire process. I didn't catch the profeasional's name who assisted in the check-out process but he was phenomenal as well. Everyone went the extra mile - down to vacuuming and cleaning my truck's interior. I had no idea this body shop existed, but I will be posting on Next Door and recommending everyone I know. Thanks again for everything!

We had a hood repair that seems to be replace well. All the people were very nice and professional. The main concern was that we weren't informed on how much it would be and were slapped in the face with a huge bill. This would have been fine if we were told before hand an estimate and not surprised. The only other issue is we asked about a sound that started after the incident. They said they fixed it and we drove down the road and the sound started immediately.

When I picked up my car there was a scratch in the side fender in which they fixed by taking compound to the car to get rid of it. Not overly happy with that since the car is only 2 months old and the top layer has been taken off. Secondly there are bubbles in paint and indentions in paint where work was done. Looks like dust has gotten under clear coat when they reapplied. Took car back once and having to take it back again to see if they can fix the ones they did not fix first time i brought it back.
