My vehicle was not returned to the correct location. They did bring my vehicle to me, but when I got in to drive it, my ABS and Advancetrac lights were on. I called in to the store and they said it was probably due to the tow truck strapping it down in the wrong location because that was the second time it happened this week. They offered to set me up for repairs at the store in Fort Mill, when I arrived at the Fort Mill Store, they didn’t know what I was talking about. The Fort Mill store made calls, but the manager had left for the day. I returned today and the Fort mill store told me the other manager had set me up at the Rock Hill store, which is where he also set up my enterprise rental. Since I was at the Fort Mill store, the Rock Hill Enterprise would not give the Fort Mill store a car for me to use. This has wasted a lot of my time.

Workmanship was excellent, service staff “very disappointing” Except for Miss Mayberry who was very understanding but I’m not sure if-she was loop about the car . In closing ,if someone would have shown a little empathy or courtesy about our situation the problem could have been avoided ..One women In particular was sarcastic and not understanding of our problem at all.. ( would rather not get her in trouble, maybe she was just having a bad day)

The estimators/repair guys( Jonathan & another gentleman) were helpful but the communication breakdown was unacceptable !! No one seemed to understand or have empathy for solving our problem or getting our car back ? We weren’t going to complain but you asked ..

Attention to detail. Blend the paint. Do not have the customer tell you to blend the paint and point it out.

Totally unprofessional. Asked to be updated twice a week. I had to call to get the updates. Service writers yelling at the front desk and service writers complaining about the customer. That is a way to secure future business.
