They scratched the entire vehicle exterior with a buffer. They’ve had the car for almost 2 months for a minor repair. They’ve tried twice to deliver the vehicle with poor quality work. It is totally unacceptable.

Somehow they drained my 12 volt battery so my electric car would not start and had to be towed. Nissan just charged the 12 volt battery and cost me over $200.

Went to pick up vehicle and the inside was very dusty and dirty. Clean up of the work was not finished. I had to leave the vehicle for another night. We will see when they bring me the vehicle if it is clean!
