Very satisfied with the work done on the truck. Only frustration was how long it took. Seemed like they had the parts for a few weeks and we’re getting hung up on the work. But at the same time I can understand them wanting to be sure, mistakes can happen, and not wanting to release a truck that still has problems. Overall very satisfied.

The bumper repair was completed to my satisfaction BUT the inside of my car has some dried white residue that was not there when I dropped it off. The doors, windows, windshield, door handles all have a foreign substance on them. Also, the inside door panel and the dashboard have been wiped with a wet cloth with what appears to include a white liquid and it dried leaving evidence. My car is new (3 months old) which made these spots easy to detect.

Thanks for making my car repair so easy. Just dropped it off, reviewed the damage, rental car available immediately and then picked picked my car up about a week later. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The car looks like new again. Returned clea inside and out. Would definitely recommend. I can't comment on cost comparison since this was an insurance claim.
