Repairs were completed well in advance and Joe text me with a regular progress report. My car looked amazing and I was pleasantly surprised to see the inside was detailed and they even found my umbrella I hadn’t been able to find under the seats. And being able to leave the rental with them to be return to Hertz was also a bonus. Even though I ran into a monsoon of rain on my way home it still looks great. Adele Pangilinan
