The staff was nice and helpful.. Ricardo stayed in touch throughout the repairs, the parts were a lil late but They explained what was damaged and what was replaced.. They made the process very easy along with the Enterprise rental company as well..I was able to grab my car in less than 3wks!! Cheers to a successful Experience!!

This is my 2nd review of my Calibers Satisfaction.. My Insurance team, took charge immediately cleared me & referred me to Caliber Collision, I was called by Caliber, they set up drop time and fed enterprise rental.. The receptionist was nice offered me coffee or water, the office is clean, Ricardo was my repair guy, really cool & understood I had to get my car Bck before leaving the country …I put my BMW in their hands and they did amazing work in restoring it to is beautiful condition.Im very happy with the outcome so far.. .
