Was backed into by another car and chose Caliber over my usual local repair shop. It was thoroughly inspected upon arrival, my car is rather new but did have something wrong with taillights which they noticed and informed me about. They were professional and did a great job. Took a little longer than expected due to broken Subaru parts on multiple attempts from who they were ordering from. Car was detailed inside and out when it was returned and it looked great. The extra time, and care they took was appreciated!

I wasn't expecting the inside of the car to be cleaned out as well. The dash was so clean and felt like new. The repairs made the car look like nothing has ever been done. It was fixed up fast and done well! Their communication and updates were all done professionally and kindly. I'm glad I came here!

The service was great. Everyone we dealt with was professional. Updates and progress were above and beyond what I expected. The car looks like new and was completed when promised! I would definitely use Caliber again!
