There is a tacky black/green goop all over my back windshield and on the inside of the window on the rear driver side door. I tried calling the office but they were already closed for the day. I'll be calling the office about it in the morning once they reopen.

They kept me informed of the repair progress, answered all of my questions, and actually had the car ready to go a little early! There was a little bit of an issue regarding some goop that had gotten on a different part of the car during repairs that I didn't notice until after i had the car home but they quickly made it right and were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Hopefully i won't need collision repairs ever again, but if i do, I will definitely go to them again.
