Bumper wasn’t attached. They don’t take the tape off the gas cap. The trailer hitch wasn’t put back, I found it on my dash board. Day of when the work was supposed to be done, I called to check in and if I hadn’t called, no one would have made sure the work was finished because the guy who was supposed to do it was sick. So because I called to check they realized he wasn’t there and found someone to do it.
