The estimate process was very thorough and I felt the estimator took my concerns into consideration. The vehicle was ready sooner that I expected and the retrieval process was easy and the clerk very friendly.

Overall I was happy, but I have had the car back for less than a week and the new BMW emblem on my hood has already fallen off and I have a sticky yellow patch where it used to be. I am hoping you guys will fix that for me free of charge since it should not have fallen off in the first place.
