The staff was amazing to work with, from the initial call, through the process of working with my insurer (USAA) to the follow-up and delivery as repairs were completed. I also observed how well they treated every person who came in while I was picking up my vehicle, and noted the same care and thoughtfulness with all their customers. A very pleasant experience for what can be a stressful situation, which I've already pointed out to friends and family should they ever need car repairs.

I was not kept regularly informed of the status of my repairs and the completion date. Other body shops have sent text messages and kept me way more informed about delays and status of repairs. I kept getting differenr estimates from when the repairs would be finished and I never received any text or email updates even though I signed up for those. The day my repairs were completed I was not informed until 5pm even though the repairs had allegedly been done earlier in the afternoon (and I only found out the repairs were done at all because I had called. Nobody called me) this resulted in a big inconvenience in returning my rental car the following day due to my work schedule.

This is the 3rd repair I've had done at this shop. They do EXCELLENT work and I won't take my cars anywhere else in the DMV area!! I wish they would once again paint autos.
