The process was flawless from the moment I dropped the car off to picking it up. Always kept in touch with me with what was happening with my vehicle. What was needed to repair the car, when the parts were ordered and when installing. Communication is key to me and they went over the top. I never had to question. Calibur constantly kept me up to date on repairs of my vehicle and explained every part of the process. They were courteous and professional the entire time. They went above and beyond by vacuuming out and washing my car up on pick up. I was going to do that prior to drop off but didn't have time. They did it for me.
