My truck was at Caliber for 23 days. During that time I had to rent a car,news to me my insurance did not cover,which was quite expensive! When I picked it up there were scratches that were missed and Ryan said they were not on the initial estimate and he had to contact insurance so I have to bring it back. I also had a check engine light on which was something about ambient temperature which was caused when replacing mirror. Ryan was very good about explaining things and it was nice to get updates. My truck is still not complete and Ryan said he will get back to me this week. I hope I can get repairs complete in a timely fashion so I don’t have to rent a car for so long! It was nice to get updates texted to me.

From the front desk to the shop was great experience they listen to my concerns and send you updates on the progress of your vehicle they repaired it in a timely matter as told. The shop service were great my vehicle look like new they did an awesome job on my vehicle. I am very happy and very satisfied with this company and I would recommend anyone to come here for bodywork that they may need they have a 5 star rating from me.
