Very smooth and professional process. The face of every business is the front desk, the reception person. In your case you are so blessed to have the young woman working the phones and staffing your reception area. She has what cannot be taught: an instinct for customer service.

The quality was great. It took a week longer than quoted so that was an issue. When we finally received our van, the tailgate wasn’t working. We returned to the show for scheduled work to fix it and the techs all called in sick so it was delayed again. I took it in on Tuesday and after 2 hours and 15 minutes it was finally fixed. The staff was great

The only complaint is that I was without a car for a month. I was told to drop off before AmFam even approved repairs. I thought by bringing the car in for the estimate that approval and the ordering of replacement parts would be done before bringing the car in for work. Otherwise, the work done looks beautiful.
