In this case, I can't say no, but I also can't say I'm likely either. Some miscommunication was the fault of the insurance company but they could have communicated better with me also.

I saw the quote submitted and felt it was very thorough, however they never actually had me walk around the car with them and no one bothered to call me and verify if we were going to stop for anything before it was towed by the insurance company.

Bothered that no one checked in with us before car was taken away. We weren't given much opportunity and for all we know the tow came early in the morning.
