I got my car back and my center counsel was broken which wasn’t beforehand. The passenger side seat can no longer heat which was working after the crash so I really don’t understand what they did. They gave my vehicle back to me broken and not fixed I now have a post crash vehicle with more damage to it. Pam said they’d fix the center counsel but they haven’t reassured me as to what happened and what the timeline for the fix is.

The receptionist at the N 76tu St location was very good, sold me on bringing my car there. Rkuan, at yk our Cudahy location was outstanding. He called, explained and the car was completed ahead of time.. First time dealing with your company. My wife and I were very satisfied . TheEnterprise car rental experience was also a plus +++
