It has been a pleasure working with your organization. From the initial phone contact to picking up my vehicle, personnel were efficient and friendly. The young woman at the desk quickly got answers to my questions making me feel that you knew me and my case. The young man who was in charge of my case knew my car and was able to provide clear, precise answers to my questions. Even the gentleman who helped me find a parking place when I returned my rental to a jammed parking area took time to be sure I parked safely before returning to his duties. You run an efficient and customer friendly operation. As to the car itself, it is genius to have regular, informative updates making me confident that processing my car was proceeding efficiently. So far repair looks great. It fits well where it should, paint is identical to the rest of the car. I can’t speak to the work done underneath the fender, but I feel that Caliber is highly reputable and all is fine. What surprised me was that cleaned both the inside and outside of the car. I was not expecting that. They respect the work they do and take great pride in the finished product. I highly recommend them.
