Great communication I spoke with Ranndy throughout the majority of my repair. He kept me informed without me feeling like I needed to call him. When I received a call from him, he was well-informed about what they had done to the car since we last spoke. If I have to have any autobody repairs done I will be returning to not only Caliber but hopefully the one on 4119 State Road to work with Randy and his team!
