I have had experience with another Collision location. I was a bit apprehensive about coming to Caliber upon my insurance suggestion. I can say now, I am thoroughly thrilled with the outcome. The paint is blended very well, and I know that it's difficult on the color of my car. There was also another area of my car that another collision location broke clips and would never fix from an accident (I had personally purchased one part of the clip, but the end on the bumper side was too much labor for us to personally fix). I sure do appreciate Caliber, going above and beyond, pulling that up when it was not part of this quote. In addition to your expertise on collision, repair, Caliber's communications from Mr. Doug and Mr. Randy, we're never a disappointment to my husband and I. We always felt like Caliber Collision values customers. This integrity is taken with great value in accordance with our expense.

Doug ( manager) and Alex ( assistant) were great! They kept me updated with the progress. For example, I received texts when my parts came in, when my car was in assembly, and when my car was available for pick up. I was given an estimated pick up of May 27, but received my car a week earlier! Once I arrived, Alex, using a detailed repair list, walked me fixed. Doug then took me to my car and showed me the areas they fixed. I had a wonderful experience!
