Marcus went above and beyond to help us get my truck fixed. He was able to get in contact with the insurance company to get things moving. Marcus took a very stressful situation and alleviated all the stress and frustration from this already busy family. He kept us updated throughout the process. Best customer service I have received in years! Kemper insurance and their representatives were TERRIBLE! I could not get in contact with anyone or get a response. If it was not for Marcus I probably would still be waiting on Kemper to get their act together.

The repairs were wonderful, it’s like the damage never even occurred. They even cleaned my truck out before returning it to me which was kind.

Tyler was very professional and helpful, my only thing was the lack of communication. He did not call when he said he was going to, and I had to call to get updates. It’s my biggest pet peeve, I don’t mind if the repair takes longer than it was estimated - just let me know so i can adjust my plans or make other arrangements as needed.
