The bumper that was repaired was painted the wrong color. Bringing it back in the morning to get it fixed right.

Would have been higher but when I saw they used the wrong paint on my bumper, the service rep insisted it was the right paint even though I could see it wasn’t. He then basically tried to gaslight me claiming he could see it was the right paint and “we use codes to match the paint” so I must be wrong. I brought the car back the next morning & asked to speak with him and the manager, and the manager immediately believed me and offered to fix it, and even paid for the rental car right then. Manager was great!
