I would have given this repair a 10 except that when I went to retrieve the repaired vehicle, one of the circular covers over the tow hook on the front bumper was the old damaged scratched piece prior repair, and am still waiting for the collision center to call me to return to get this piece replaced.

Very courteous and accommodating staff and crew. They worked quickly to make my vehicle whole again. They worked with my insurance so all I had to do was drop off and pick up. Easy peasy.
