The entire staff at Caliber Collision was respectful and courteous. I liked the way Jody got in touch with me via text about the status of my car and what to expect everyday or two. She was also terrific about answering questions and encouraging me to get in touch with any questions that I had. The fellow that I saw when I picked up the car that went over exactly what was done to my car was very courteous and kind also. Another thing I appreciated was that I was able to drop off my rental car right at Caliber rather than having to go to the rental car place. It saved me a lot of time. Thank you.

After my crash, they were able to find time in their busy schedule to fit me in. Ashley and Jodi took great care of me. Door was pretty badly dented & scratched - Caliber ordered a new one and painted it so it looks like new! If I didn’t know any better, I would think that it was never damaged to begin with. Excellent service too, they kept me in the loop while it was being repaired. Really appreciate the work and highly recommend them. Thanks!
