I’m very pleased with the overall quality of the repair work. My only concern is that any internal mechanical damage—such as problems with the alternator or the wiper system that resulted from the accident—should also be addressed under the insurance policy.

Roger is always professional and absolutely sweet. This is my second time getting my car repaired by this company. They're located in Douglasville. They are very efficient and very quick. When it comes to getting your car repaired, everything has always been perfect and they keep you up-to-date every single time something changes, they have not missed a beat and I highly recommend them..

Samantha was my repair contact the whole time my car was in the shop. She was very welcoming helpful and willing to answer all my questions from the first day I dropped the vehicle off for repairs to picking it up . I received updates on the status of my vehicle often. The rental process was smooth from when I picked it up at the shop to when I dropped it off. When picking the vehicle up Samantha explained everything in details on start to finish. I recommend this shop to anyone getting repairs. I also recommend working with Samantha Normandy she won’t lie to you and will be trustworthy through the whole process.
