When someone has been in a car wreck, any concerns should be fully addressed and not ignored. As someone who has never ever been in an accident before, this was a huge concern as again as noted my brakes stop very quickly and easy. Now I have to push further into my brakes to stop the vehicle since the day of the accident.

This MVA which was the other driver's fault, was extremely traumatic. As I drove hm I had noticed a decline in my brakes the day of the accident. When I mentioned my concerns abt how there is a need to push further into the brakes for my car to stop, I feel as if my concerns did not matter. I had to contact/txt my concerns all over again just to be told it has nothing to do with your accident & if I wanted it checked I had to fix it myself & then have the company send an adjustment. Due to the circumstances, not to mention my car was very well taken care of & previously my car stopped on contact, it is no longer stopping on the drop of a dime. This was noticed the day of the accident. The bodywork & trunk area is nice but the return calls & consideration of the brakes being mashed while at a full stop being rear ended I feel should have been looked into. You know your vehicle & my car was bought brand new 12/30/22. Still Fairly new with no issues. I chose this company because I felt a more thorough evaluation would have been done.. My mistake for assuming.
