My name is Frances Jackson the owner of the car … everyone at caliber from The drop off to the pick up was amazing!! So nice respectful funny and personable. Really made me feel like I mattered and they actually cared that everything was okay and I was having a good day!! I kind of hate I can’t or won’t see them anymore … hopefully I won’t cause I don’t want anymore wrecks! Anyway I was well pleased and well taken care of….. thank you Caliber!! Also! Thank you Maurita!!! You were amazing and very personable made me feel comfortable and kept me informed of EVERYTHING every other day and I’m grateful! You all made a bad situation not so bad

The bodywork and paint looks great. Robert kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. My only issue is the wheel alignment, that done by one of your outside vendors. My truck pulls to the right. But I feel confident that Robert will have taken care of. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

From Day One when I took my Buick into CALLiBER the staff was very polite, although busy with other customers I never felt ignored The lobby was very clean and inviting if I wanted a cup if coffee or just sit quietly waiting my turn. Amazingly I was notified and updated on each aspect of service to my car with ordering parts down to the final stages of painting. When I picked up my car every thing was pointed out to me what was done, I even questioned if they had painted the entire vehicle, it did look like because it all matched up perfectly. The timing seemed long to replace diff parts but I understood because it was explained very well. I cannot thank CALLiBER enough for making my business journey with efficient and worthwhile. So many positives with this group of Employees. I first noticed when I went into the front office how immaculate it was, along with coffee counter for employees and customers. The wait to explain my situation was done in a timely matter, although there was another customer in line before me. Once they processed my vehicle I was given notice of that and they would be in touch on a regular basis in view of the progress. And I have to say yes I started receiving txt, I was given a txt each and every time letting me know when parts were ordered, when they came in and how the progress was going. There is so much to be said for this company in Douglasville, GA I also want to commend Ms. M for her efficient txt keeping in the loop of my vehicle. I could not have ask for better service or kindness Emily G. Moore
