Whelp, another repair was needed and I knew exactly where to go! CALIBER!! Samantha is awesome. She kept me up to date every step of the way. The estimated completion date was March 31st and I received my car today, March 20th. Everyone in the office is nice and the techs are top notch. My car looked brand new.

Your service was quick and friendly. I loved that my car was washed and cleaned inside and out that was an unexpected surprise. I also loved that you guys made it easy to return my rental car through you without me having to figure out how to switch out cars, and drive through traffic trying to get to enterprise and back again.

Mauritania was amazing!! I loved the feature of being updated on my repair status without having to call in. I loved the communication frequency and the effortless status updates. The ease of scheduling the drop off and the amazing communication updates has made me a very satisfied customer. Hoping I won’t have to comeback, but if I ever do, I know I’ll be using Caliber Collision in Douglasville from now on!!
