The repair took longer than anticipated! The back truck window was dirtier at pick up than when I dropped it off. The interior of the SUV was very pleasant and clean which was not expected. Other than the cost I would give the experience a thumbs up!!

I’m completely satisfied with service from start to finish. Caliber Collision is one stop shopping that allows you to rest easy and not be concerned with a rental - you don’t have to do anything. However, because of my vehicle, my car has to be recalibrated because of parktronic and park assist keep beeping every time I start my vehicle. Not sure if Caliber Collision has to fix this or if I need to take it to the dealership. Work was completed at Caliber Collision due to my vehicle being hit.
