Everybody I had the pleasure of interacting with (shout out to Megan) were exceptionally professional, courteous, knowledgeable and expedient. From the reception to Megan who handled the logistics. It was obvious that the technicians were experienced and masters at their craft. The result was that my truck looked like the accident never happened. I was given an approximate time frame for my repair, which was about 2-3 weeks but it was done much earlier than expected. I was updated on the progress as often as every other day. Team member Megan gave me personal feedback about how things were going. I was satisfied with the results you couldn’t tell that anything had ever happened. Great job guys to all who played a part and of course I’m glad to have my car back.
