Repairs to my truck were done in a timely fashion. My truck looks fabulous. The personnel at Caliber are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The skills by the body repair technicians are very talented . If I need work done in the future caliber will be my preferred body shop.

I want to recognize Megan as well as the technicians for going above and beyond during my vehicle repair. From the very beginning, she was professional, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on—she was proactive, responsive, and made a stressful situation much easier. Dealing with car repairs can be overwhelming, ( especially due to the issues from previous Caliber ) but Megan made the entire process smooth and easy, she answered all my questions, provided timely updates, and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks amazing, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into making sure everything was done right. I’m very grateful for the exceptional service and would absolutely recommend this shop because of my experience with Megan.
