10 is not high enough I am 100% satisfied with Caliber treatment from that time I walked in until the time I left. Megan Peil was the best. When ever I had a problem and called she answered. When I saw a mark on my car not pertaining to the accident she said no problem she buffed it out. She went above and beyond.

I will tell anybody that needs any auto body work that that Caliber is the place to go. They make you feel comfortable about leaving your car there. And most of all they make you feel comfortable by answering questions and concerns you may have about the car and a manner that you understand.

Megan was awesome, from the beginning of the process to the end. She communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Front desk was just as great. They had my paperwork ready when I can in for pick up. Great job by the whole team.
