When I dropped off my car the receptionist was very helpful, she even got a car rental to go and pick me up. The day I picked up my car the gentleman waited for me he was very professional and explained what had to be fixed or replaced he said they would return my rental and made my experience very satisfying I noticed they even cleaned my dashboard and console. This is the second time I’ve used this body shop, and once again they did a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. What I really appreciated was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. Great customer service like that makes the whole experience so much less stressful. It’s nice to have a body shop I know I can trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need to. My car looks fantastic, and you can’t even tell it was ever damaged!
