Very friendly and accommodating, we're honest about what needed to be replaced and did it in a timely manner. Had constant updates on the status of my vehicle and had it ready 5 days before scheduled completion. Very accomodating with my rental.

Great customer service and fast repair! Everyone that I spoke with at Caliber Collision in Downey was so friendly and helpful. When I picked up my car I was impressed with the work & detail. The inside of my car was also cleaned and vacuumed, I was not expecting! It was a nice surprise. I am so pleased with my experience at this shop and left completely satisfied. First time having work done on any vehicle. If everyone's experience was like mine... idk if I'd recommend anyone unless I warn them to inspect their vehicle and speak up if things aren't done right. I'd also have to tell them not to expect it done right if they rush to get it to you early... even though I never rushed them. I'd rather have the work done right the first time than go through MORE work because they're rushing.

If I'm being honest, listening to the office manager or main person reprimand her employee for being late as they're still driving to work was a little unprofessional. Wait till they're safely there and then reprimand him away from customers ears. We don't need to know what ya'll got going on. Everyone was very friendly though. Especially the sweet young lady in the office to the side.

I recently brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision for some body repair work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I dropped off my car, the staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair work was excellent — they matched the paint perfectly and made sure every detail looked as good as new. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning my car inside and out before returning it to me. It looked spotless when I picked it up, which was a nice surprise. Overall, Caliber Collision made a stressful situation much easier. Great communication, quality work, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them if you ever need body repairs!
