Great Customer service! soonest you get there they offer snacks and coffee they also helped me by Calling the car rental agency so they can pick you up. This is my second time getting their services. Caliber collision was very prompt on sending me updates on my vehicle throughout the whole process. The time it took to fix my vehicle was very fast considering the amount of work needed. My vehicle looks as if nothing happened and brand new!

The repair was done much sooner than expected however the job looks rushed and careless. I waited for over an hour to pick the vehicle up when I was told it would be ready by a certain time and there's was so many blemishes on the driver side. I'm very disappointed with the work. Only thing thing positive was how fast it was done. Yet again as I stated before that's the problem. There was no care in the work done.
