Manny was the person in charge of checking my car in and getting it fixed and out of his shop within 5 days. That to me is quite a miraculous feat considering living in Southern California and all of the vehicle mishaps around Los Angeles County and more specifically around the Downey in Norwalk areas where this office serves. Manny was exceptional and friendly and just an all-around good guy to chat with

I would not recommend this location to anyone. As a matter of fact, I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to a different body shop most recently because I refuse to do business with caliber in Downey anymore

Front desk person is rude and not pleasant to deal with. My service advisor was inexperienced and provided incorrect information regarding my vehicle multiple times.

Repair was good,but car was not washed and shiny. Looks like it have some scratches on the hook that was not there before.
