There was an initial confusing with the scheduling of picking up the vehicle. They did not pick up the car the day they had scheduled. We had to wait for the following day and we had to call again to schedule. We also weren't told how long the car would be in the shop. We got a rental car but they were done with the car that very same day. Had We known we would have never rented the car.
