I truly enjoyed coming here as a woman.I was afraid that I would be taking advantage of but from the customer service to the hands estimate reviewing of the car.I just felt very comfortable Guy and his team truly made me feel safe... also I like to give a huge thanks to the general manager he stepped in for the manager when I dropped my vehicle off he was very encouraging made me feel comfortable in knowing that by mercedes benz would be well taken care of

Guy keeps me informed on the status all the time. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer and passed away in June. The driver side window cannot roll down and the manager waived the charge. I was so touched that I cried. This is the first good thing happened after he passed away. This is my first Thanksgiving without him and miserable but they make me see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Caliber!
