I appreciated the professionalism and effort to meet our needs. We were kept informed of progress on a daily basis. An issue with our insurance company was addressed and resolved effectively. Considering that we had a transaction with Caliber Collision because our car was damaged by a hit-and-run driver when we were not present (not fun) it was as easy of an experience as possible.
