I was reluctant at first to have my car repaired at Caliber, because I had never heard about their services. We quickly changed our mind after the first visit and meeting the very friendly personnel especially Charlene who was very professional and concerned about answering all our questions. I very much liked the updates I received throughout the 3 weeks it took to get my car done. I didn't have to wonder about what was happening, I knew what was being done at every step of the repair. I also enjoyed the hassle free relationship they have with Enterprise car rentals. Thank you all very much for taking care of all our repair needs.
