They took forever to repair our car and were horrible about communicating. We were consistently given misinformation.

being a huge car nerd, its hard for me to release my car to any shop. the staff was not only professional and prompt, they kept me in the loop through out the entire repair process. the car came back looking better than ever, i cant thank these folks enough. i would recommend this caliber location to anyone who appreciates quality and care. thanks again, -as

Caliber sent my Jeep home before it was fully repaired. Luckily the Caliber in Helotes saw that all the damage wasn't fixed and sent it back to Caliber Dripping Springs to finish the repairs. I have not seen my Jeep in a month and don't know how much longer before I will get to see it. And with all that going on Caliber has sent me 3 emails and 3 text messages asking me to complete this survey. I think you need to fix your system so it doesn't ask for my opinion until I have my vehicle in hand

Caliber is very communicative which is great, but there were a lot of excuses as to why the repairs were delayed and then to find out it wasn't fully fixed when they said it was very disappointing

The repairs were fine except for a run in the paint or clear on the hood and a new scratch on the trunk lid.

My vehicle was dropped off at the Boerne location and transported to another for the repairs. This is due to the location being backed up still from the catastrophic hail damage last year in this area. When my car was returned, it was taken to a different Caliber location without notice to me.
