At the beginning of my visit, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of helpfulness from the front desk. The information was communicated in a very absolute manner, and it felt as though I was expected to already understand the process, as if this were something I dealt with regularly. This was actually my first claim, and I had no prior experience or understanding of how the process worked, so some additional guidance would have been appreciated.

I don’t have damage to my car often, so going into this process was a little nerve wracking. However, from the minute I walked in my fears were eased by the staff. The explanation of what needed to be done to my car was very detailed. My technician reached out with updates through the week to let me know the status of the repairs and if they were on schedule. Everyone from Caliber Collision was warm, welcoming and treated me with the utmost respect and care.

Amy was awesome. She kept me updated throughout the whole process of my car repair amd was very transparent about everything. Even when there was some issues with the repairs, she called me to let me know what was happening. The technician did a great job with the repairs. My car looks brand new again!!
