Although completely satisfied with the end result, I was definitely bombarded with unnecessary phone calls asking me to schedule service with you even though I had already scheduled service with you. I even got a phone call today about scheduling service and today was the day that I was able to pick up my car because the service was complete. It seems like there is a huge gap in communication somewhere and the customer feels the full weight of it to the point where they are burdened. Part of me wants to not go back to you guys for car care, but the result was undeniable so that remains to be seen. I would just suggest that your call center alliance better with each care center and the clients whether they are paying out-of-pocket or through insurance. It was a huge pain in my rear just scheduling service because one call center had me at one location that I told them but another call Center called me back and told me a different location. Minor details, but they still impacted me. my car is great but my spirit is perturbed.

Neil and the Caliber crew were a pleasure to work with as they repaired my Honda CR-V’s minor damages. All repairs seem to be to OEM specs: paint matches perfectly & the repairs appear good as new! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although I hope I don’t have to)!
